How do you know when USA will attack North Korea?

There are about 25m people living in Seoul. If there's news that foreigners are leaving Seoul, it will mean that USA is going to attack North Korea. This is a very obvious tell-tale harbinger for war.

Don't worry, USA won't attack NK until foreigners flee in Seoul. There are many foreigners in Seoul and USA won't risk taking their lives away by attacking NK. NK has stated that it will attack Seoul & Japan if under attack.; April 14, 2017 at 2:44 PM
